With over 20 years of experience, Richard has assisted domestic and overseas private equity and venture capital firms in their investments in various sectors in China, including highly regulated financial services, telecom, media, Internet, entertainment, education, biotech, and high-tech. He has advised fast-growing companies on their incorporation, IPO, sales of business, and merger, as well as on their financing, acquisition, corporate governance, stock incentive plan, and restructuring.

Mr. Zhang Junyi has 17 years of management，investment and management consulting experience within the various industries.He is now working as deputy GM/CSO of Pingan Group smart enterprise, main mission of the company is to build up a platform for export pingan management knowledge /mechanismhe used to be co founding and managing partner of NIO Capital ，a member of the investment committee.Mr. Zhang currently is an adviser to many government think-tanks such as the State-Owned Enterprise Electric Vehicle Industry Alliance, the Investment Promotion Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and the China Transportation Association Ridesharing Branch. He is a part-time professor of both Tongji University and Fudan University and a member of the teaching steering committee in the School of Automotive Studies at Tongji University.Prior to joining NIO Capital, he was global partner and Vice president of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He well connected with many state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations and public companies within Greater China.
